Roscoe Greene Jennings, Jr. (Rick), 75, of Little Rock, died Sunday, July 30, 2023. Rick was born on February 23, 1948 in Little Rock, Ark. to the late Roscoe Greene Jennings (Rocky) and Mae Josephine (Jo) Kerr Jennings. Rick was also the great, great-grandson of Dr. Roscoe Greene Jennings, one of the eight founders of the Arkansas Industrial University Medical Department, now the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Rick was a 1965 graduate of Hot Springs High School, and he attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
